FAQ – Store Orders & Customer Care

Order Placement

Choose the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
Continue through PayPal or the standard checkout option.
Provide your email, full name, and shipping information.
Apply your promo code in the Discount field if available.
Check your delivery address → submit payment details → select Complete Order.

After successful checkout, confirmation will appear on screen and will also be emailed to you.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Contact customer support and include:

Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the issue

After the issue is reviewed, the correct product will be sent without extra charge.

Order Confirmation

Your confirmation email includes your order number and purchase details. If you cannot locate it, please check spam or junk folders.

Order Modification

Changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the date the order is placed.

After this time, the order may already be processed.

Cart Operations

Add Products: Select product options → Add to Cart
View Cart: Open the shopping cart icon
Change Quantity: Modify the Quantity field
Remove Products: Click Remove

Cancellation Policy
